CCSM is a 3 months (12 Weeks) course amounting to 300 hours course. CCSM is a complete practical oriented course for students interested in Construction Office Management, which includes 7 under-roof practical modules of Civil Engineering Project Management. On completion of this course, you will be able to understand and contribute to office work involved in construction work with higher precision. By doing this course, your outlook towards a construction project will be changed to a new perspective and you will be able to flourish in the industry with your command in the on-site construction work.

Fixture of Course
The entire duration of the course will be divided into 6 structured phases.
- Skill Development: 1 week of dedicated sessions covering interview cracking techniques, language skills, personal orientation, personality development, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Practicality in Construction: 1 week of on-site orientation with exposure to various construction works.
- Classroom Instruction: 7 weeks of intensive classroom-based technical training.
- Advanced Practical Orientation: 2 weeks of attachment training with major construction companies as internship trainees.
- Project Preparation: 1 week allotted for project preparation and submission.
- Examination: Examination will be conducted by STED Council Authorities at the centre premises.

End state vision: Develop the ability to understand the fundamentals of document control, controlled processes for creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and interdisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and rescue domains.
End state vision: Develop a strong understanding of QA/QC fundamentals, quality assurance systems, quality control processes, compliance with Indian and international standards, field and laboratory testing procedures, frequency of testing, and non-destructive testing methods.
End state vision: Understand the principles and practices of surveying including terrestrial and three-dimensional positioning, distance and angle measurement, land mapping, boundary determination, and applications in construction and legal land ownership.
End state vision: Develop competency in managing health, safety and environmental aspects of construction projects, drafting and verifying safety plans, complying with HSE regulations, minimizing accident risks, improving site productivity, and fostering a strong safety culture.
End state vision: Gain the ability to coordinate resources, equipment, meetings and project information effectively, ensuring timely project execution within budget and quality constraints through structured reporting and coordination practices.
End state vision: Understand the fundamentals of construction billing processes including preparation of running account bills, interim payment certificates, subcontract billing and final bills based on work progress.
End state vision: Develop an understanding of construction contracts and common disputes, their impact on cost and timelines, and dispute resolution mechanisms including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, adjudication, dispute boards, expert determination and litigation.
